1817435 - Default browser banner it's not correctly resized when phone is in landscape mode

Preconditions

• Phone is in portrait mode.
• Clean the profile before run the steps.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox app.
2. Wait for default banner to be displayed in Homepage.
3. Change phone from portrait mode in landscape. Repeat this step several times.

Expected behavior

• Default browser banner is correctly displayed in landscape mode.

Actual behavior

• Default browser banner is not correctly resized in landscape mode.

Device information

• Firefox version: Firefox Beta 111.0b2 & Nightly 112.0a1 (2023-02-17)
• Android device model: OnePlus 5 (A5000)
• Android OS version: 10
