Additionally generated Mozilla windows are often putting themselves in the wrong
order on the task bar, moving over to the left even several spaces. I am
referring to the taskbar buttons that represent all open windows.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Are these windows that you open, or windows that are opened for you (a
javascript popup for example)?
It can be the windows I open manually using the context menu and I am pretty
sure it can also be the automatically opened kind.
Any new window that I select with right click and choose "Open link in new
window" is shifting over past the other opened Mozilla or non-Mozilla windows,
and oftentimes to the left of a current opened Mozilla window. Very annoying
behavior!
This problem has turned out to be my system configuration using a utility that I
wasn't aware of.
