Description

[Peiying Mo [:CocoMo]]

The recently completed Search and data collection survey in German received a thorough review by Mozilla's user researcher who is a native German speaker. He is familiar with the terms used in the survey. He followed the l10n's guideline by adding suggestions as well as explanations on why he suggested those changes. We open this bug to track the conversation on the change suggestions, and give the vendor resource a chance for a rebuttal. If accepted, the German translator/reviewer would take note for all future survey related translations, thus updating the TMs in Smartling.

Survey feedback (Column D contains suggestions, Column E provides explanations) - note some suggested changes are repeated throughout the doc and may not be called out each and every single time.

Instruction to Mother Tongue: Please use Column F to indicate which are accepted and which are rejected to allow further discussion.

The review input is finally agreed upon and has concluded. I will be updating the revision to Smartling.

The correction was imported to Smartling. Due to the complexity of the feedback, the German file was downloaded from Alchemer which contains all the correction made.
