User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0
Steps to reproduce:
I shrink Firefox window vertically to limit.
Actual results:
The close button of the firefox system menu (upper right corner) disappears
Expected results:
The Firefox window should have a minimum size that allows the complete system menu (minimize|restore|close) to be visible.

The bug has a release status flag that shows some version of Firefox is affected, thus it will be considered confirmed.

I can't reproduce with an English Firefox on Windows 10, but I can reproduce with a German Firefox.
Seems like this is a known older issue. There's more discussion in bug 1604427, and it actually seems like the situation is better now than it used to be.
