I can't reproduce this, but the steps that led to this

  1. attached 5 files to email, two of which are mork files
  2. sending through gmail fails
  3. edit message in outbox
  4. delete the attachments
  5. attempt to attach an alternative

Results: no feedback, but error is in console

Error when attaching target:
InvisibleToDebugger: Error { }

Repeat step 5, same results

Restart Thunderbird, unable to reproduce. Perhaps some other step preceeding #1 is needed.
