181763 - Originating page tab name changes to "loading" when linking to a new tab.. and should not.

When you have a page and you right-click a link to load as a new tab
(particularly this is annoying when new tabs are set to load in the background),
the name of the page you are currently viewing as displayed in its coresponding
tab changes to "Loading..." so you end up seeing two tabs that identify their
page name as "Loading..." when it should only be the new tab which identifies as
such.  Looks like a mistake in the coding.  Best guess is it decides to change
the name to "loading..." *before* it checks to see if the new page is displayed
on the current tab or branches over to a new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Begin with any page viewed as a tab.
2.  Change Navigation/Tabbed Browsing preferences to check "Load opened.." box.
3.  From any page with links, right or control-click a link, instruct menu to
load as new tab.
4.  Watch current tab name and name of opening tab.

Actual Results:  
Display's "Loading..." as the current tab name and the target tab name.

Expected Results:  
It definitely should not change the currently viewed tab's name at all..
Desired results would be that the new tab name should read "Loading..." until
page name is known then should read "page name (loading...)" until page is
finished (and then the (Loading...) remark should disappear)..
