This apparently wasn't being used much :) We broke this in bug 1519347 and no one noticed for quite a long time…

We removed this when fixing the filtering of jsshell tests, and
apparently no one noticed for three years :/ Nevertheless it's
somewhat useful so re-add it rather than totally removing the
feature, and this time have a test too.
