Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request

  • User impact if declined: This patch doesn't impact users. It allows us to collect address-related data for Fx111. The reason I want to collect this data as early as possible is because we are working on improving address autofill-related recently, I want to have telemetry that shows us what the result is before our improvement so we can see the difference.

  • Needs manual test from QE?: No
