For a while now (maybe within last 2 weeks), the Add Security Exception popup has CSS issues and the text runs off the popup, as per attached screenshots.
Settings -> Privacy & Security -> View Certificates... -> Add Exception...

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Security: PSM' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Although the "good" case seems to be differently bad, i.e. the window is not tall enough and buttons are cut off.

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this locally on the latest Nightly, what distro can you repro this on, Ubuntu? That dialog has At a glance it seems like bug 1813960 should've addressed this as well.

I can reproduce with somewhat weird font settings using gnome-tweaks... Does comment 6 help for you?
I am on Ubuntu 22.10 Wayland & Nightly 112.0a1 (2023-02-20) (64-bit).
The screenshots were taken today.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 112.0a1 (2023-02-19) on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Wayland-Gnome by opening Settings -> Privacy & Security -> View Certificates... -> Add Exception...
and adding one invalid or one valid webpage inside location field and pressing Get Certificate
button. After the message is displayed the window content is clipped.
The issue is no longer reproducing with Firefox 111.0b6 and 112.0a1 (2023-02-28) on the same system. The Add Security exception
window content is no longer clipped after pressing the Get Certificate
button on a valid and invalid webpage.
