1818012 - Implement an inline progress indicator per account in the folder pane

Currently, while fetching messages, syncing, or getting new messages after clicking the "Get Messages" button, we show a progress bar in the status bar.

If we can, we should show a progress indicator to the side of the account (or folder if in unified mode) currently being synced.
The indicator should have a title reporting the % of completion of the current operation, as well as the name of the operation.

Attached, a quick mock-up to be used as example.

This is something nice to have but for 115 we're gonna stick with the progress bar in the status bar, so setting low priority.
