With a dark theme on Mac, darker blue color of folder name with fresh new messages doesn't contrast well, and inconsistent with `unread` count's background color

From Elizabeth's accessibility analysis:
The blue text on dark background is not an accessible color.
Maybe not new, so I'm not yet setting [supernova].
STR
- Have some freshly arrived messages in a folder which you haven't inspected yet (which causes red-yellow dot mark on folder, and blue emphasis of folder name
- Check out the visual contrast between folder name and dark background color of the folder pane
Actual
- poor contrast
- folder name color doesn't match the background color of the nearby unread count as it does on Windows 10
Expected
- lighter blue color of emphasized folder name for better contrast
- should match the background color of the nearby unread count as it does on Windows 10, which makes it both lighter and less noisy
Richard, maybe caused by a wrong color variable for Mac?

For comparison: Lighter blue folder name color and matching unread count's background color on Windows 10, dark theme.

Changed my mind. Assuming supernova until shown otherwise ;-)

This should be fixed by bug 1811500. Checking today's build shows the lighter blue for me on Mac.
