The Platform, OS, Version fields are useless for many general installations of
Bugzilla. One can modify the fields by modifying localconfig and rerun
checksetup.pl; but it would be much more practical to configure the fields from
the Bugzilla administrator page. Our Bugzilla admins do not have access and
permissions on the server where the Bugzilla software runs.

Enhancement request: make both label and contents of these fields user
defineable from within Bugzilla.

This is sort of a dupe for bug 160572; more generic customisation is part of the
custfields bug (bug 91037)
