If more than one SMTP-Server was created and you want to choose for
each mail-account an other SMTP-Server the Drop-Down-List didn't
show all SMTP-Servers (only the Standard and blank spaces).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create more than one mail-account
2.create more than one SMPT-Server
3.try to choose an other than the standard SMTP-Server for the mail-accounts

Actual Results:  
You see a blank list by "Advanced Server-Property"

Expected Results:  
Show all SMTP-Servers
