Steps to reproduce
- Open this article which is not in English language or language similar to English language
- Enable reader mode for the article and check the estimated reading time.
- Now refresh the page.
Expected behavior
On page refresh the estimated reading time keeps the same value (x minutes) and reading time is displayed in same language as article's language.
Actual behavior
On page refresh the estimated reading time values is updated with a new value and
reading time isn't in the same language as article's language.

- Firefox version: Nightly 112.0a1 (2023-02-24)
- Android device model: OnePlus 5 (A5000)
- Android OS version: Android 10
