Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the application
  2. Accessed Dashboard
  3. Searched for Records link
  4. Clicked on Records link

Actual results:

Records page could not be accessed. Page not found error noticed

Expected results:

After clicking on Records link, Records page should have been opened to enable user to access their Records
