Once the two bugs are landed, we can add more data to the media telemetry dashboard

The telemetry is now live: about:telemetry#search=media.audio_process_per_codec_name. I'll update the dashboard in a few days

Jim, could you add this one to the Media Dashboard, next to RDD Process Crashes ? I believe the query is sound.
