We should add a table to the dashboard under the top Distributions section so we can see changes in client counts by normalized channel for legacy in addition to Glean.

Added a tile to the [Platform Health Check}(https://mozilla.cloud.looker.com/dashboards/387?Submission+Date=90+day+ago+for+90+day):

Data comes from the count of Distinct Legacy Telemetry - Client Ids from the Metrics View
