It's no longer possible to use the icons in the message list to star/unstar a message, mark it as unread/read or mark as junk/no junk with your mouse. The same features still work when used with the keyboard.

It's a regression in today's Daily build (2023-02-28).

Tested on macOS 13.2.1.

Confirmed, bug 1819236 regressed it.
Also the hover effect of those rows doesn't work anymore.
