1819544 - Hard to distinguish read vs unread emails with 111.0b1 dark theme

Since Thunderbird updated to 111.0b1, I find it hard to see which emails are unread in my list of emails. Both read and unread show up as white on black, with one being a bit more bold than the other. I think this was better with version 110.

Richard, I don't think this would be a duplicate of bug 1817870, unless a) jandem is using a candidate build 3 or older (i.e. not the real 111.0b1), or b) you are suggesting that bug 1817870 cannot be improved upon?

20230227090102 is indeed the "real" 111.0b1.

I also would like to see better differentiation between the bold and not bold, if possible.

Jan is using an older build. The patch makes the read messages light grey like it is in 102.

AFAICT, the patch in bug 1817870 is part of 20230227090102, which is also the build I am using. https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/comm-beta/pushloghtml shows that 1817870 is in build 4 = 20230227090102

Checked beta and the unread has the same colour as the read. I'll make a patch for this. Daily is affected too.
