Email field in compose window don't react to backspace, delete arrows keys.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new a compose window
2. Enter an email address 
3. Try to move the cursor with the arrows keys or delete characters.

Actual Results:  
The cursor doesn't move at all.

Expected Results:  
Cursor should move.

This bug produces once on a Windows NT 4.0 sp6 platform, with Mozilla 1.3.1. I
could *not* reproduce it after. The bakspace works but the arrows keys do not
work. While I could not use the arrows keys, the subject field text was selected
(in blue). I can click where I want the cursor to be.

if you are still seeing this on other platforms, please re-open and change
os/hardware accordingly.
