Frequently hitting:
Subnet sn-west-us-2-gecko-t with address prefix 10.0.0.0/24 does not have enough capacity for 1 IP addresses.
For simplicity removing win 10 from that region. Note that increasing the subnet size would greatly would out pace our core quotas in that region. Would also require removing all worker pool from the region and rerunning terraform.
