Currently, when a patch that is reviewed by #perftest lands, performance tests are triggered on it automatically. Sometimes this is useful for developers and they end up using #perftest but this also triggers a review request for us. We should see if there's somewhere we could add a keyword to allow others outside of #perftest to more easily make use of this feature.
