Then it should not be possible to close the last tab, and come to a hidden tab bar. I see two solutions: 1. If only one tab is opened -> hide all possebilities to close this last tab. 2. if the last tab is close, mozilla should create a new tab with a blank side. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

I think the most appropiate behavior is: 3. if the last tab is closed, the window sould be closed.
