Using trunk build 20021121 on mac osx the Shift+ PgUp and PgDn keys doesn't work
like winxp and linux in selecting whole pages of text for editing.  User can
only use up and down arrow keys to select text line by line.
this was the only platform that wasn't fixed in bug 151481, but just noticed
that is this is not suppose to work on a MacOSX per comments 32 -34 in bug 4302.
