If you drag the mouse over the area you can then see the type for the banner but it is not moving. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the web page www.jcrp.org 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing with the scrolling marquee - it's invisible. Expected Results: Should show the scrolling marquee across the page - red background with white type.
