182095 - "save as file" doesn't work for multiple e-mail messages

If you highlight a single message and click on file | save as | file, the system
correctly saves the message as a single .eml file.

But when you highlight more than one message, the save options are not presented.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight more than one message
2. click on file | save as | file,  or Ctl-S 
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing!

Expected Results:  
Show a prompt for the user to enter a file name

It is terrific that I have been notified that this bug is a duplicate of #58140.
 However, #58140 was first report October 26, 2000.

That was over TWO years ago!  I am not technically qualified to help come up
with an answer to this problem, but as has been pointed out numerous times
already, this feature worked just fine in Netscape 4.x.

What's the problem here?  If the Mozilla team is not going to fix these bugs,
then we ought to be so advised.  Then we'll move on to other browsers.

TWO years is ridiculous!
