At the moment, repackage tasks on Windows are allowed to run 2 hours, others 1 hour. The average time is less than half an hour for each task time, many only a few minutes.
The max-run-time for these tasks should be reduced to spot issues faster and have the possibility to re-run failed tasks faster.
