There are some problems on http://www.bath.ac.uk/%7Epy8ieh/internet/projects/mozilla/xml-style/8.xml ...that I need to narrow down.

The only remaining problems that I see is that we block when loading stylesheets for XML documents, and the cache is acting strangely (only visible when I edit the page and Mozilla is already running). This are already covered elsewhere, so marking WORKSFORME for the other bugs.
