User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:110.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0
Steps to reproduce:
After replying to messages (reply all) the message is sometimes not marked as having a reply sent (with the arrow). This is new behavior in the last few updates.
Actual results:
No reply arrow marking

A reply arrow marking

Does this also reproduce when using version 115 started in Help > Troubleshoot Mode?
