Not an exploitable security bug that needs to be hidden from the public.
A performance profile would probably help in diagnosing what is eating memory here, or what is lagging (as the CPU doesn't seem busy in your screenshot).

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Performance' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Could you create a performance profile using https://profiler.firefox.com/ and share the profile then by clicking "Upload local profile" button in the profiler's user interface?

Can you provide a performance profile? See comment 3.
Also, could attach the output of about:support here?
about:memory may also be able to reveal something.

With no answer from the reporter, we don’t have enough data to reproduce and/or fix this issue. Please reopen or file a new bug with more information if you see it again. Details of our performance triage process can be found at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Performance/Triage.
