After this ticket, the tabs' selected state UI should be functioning as well as the multiselect logic.
The logic currently lives across ComposeGridViewHolder and BrowserTabsAdapter.
Ensure that the behavior is consistent between the XML and Compose versions.
Note: Private tabs ARE NOT selectable at the time of this ticket.
