Zoom is not enabled in 3-pane and synthetic views (virtual folders and global search results), so message preview/body cannot be zoomed.

It is enabled in other modalities - standalone message window, address book, etc

about:message already handles zoom for standalone message tabs/windows, or when it has focus, but we need to enable the commands for when a web page is displayed.
