Both FB Marketplace & Twitter lock up for 30-45 seconds every time I try to scroll.

Steps to reproduce:

While scrolling both FB Marketplace and Twitter on laptop, Mozilla Firefox continually freezes during this time to the it is impossible to access any other tab. "Minimize" is the only option the browser responds to.

Actual results:

I've just now tried replicate this issue using the same process in Chrome and no issues at this time whatsoever.
