Steps to reproduce:
https://ewaybillgst.gov.in/login.aspx
only works from india.
use credentials to try to login. It fails sometimes in normal mode, sometimes in private browsing mode.
Usually private browsing mode works but not always
i dont know how to give credentials here, if anyone from india is willing to work on this, i can directly give credentials

let you login

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
this is about cookies most likely. password manager is not relevant as i am trying to "manually" login

Could you please check if the issue occurs in Troubleshoot Mode?
To enter Troubleshoot Mode, follow the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode.
Troubleshoot Mode will disable all extensions and, as such, if the issue still occurs, extensions are not the cause.

Unfortunately without more details we can't really do much here. We'd like to get to the bottom of this, but that would require some more info like
what happens in the failure case (an error page? Can we get an http log from a failure and success case?). We can reopen if more information appears.
