I think i unterstand what you mean. If the link is something like
":javascript("sthg")" in the Status Bar it doesn't open well (ie blank) in a new
tab as it doesn't understand in the new tab what is the context of the
javascript. i don't know any browser who currently support this feature, but
enabling this would be awesome. Though i don't consider this as a bug but as a
not present feature (But that will really rocks).

This exists in Firefox also. To reproduce:

1) Go to Tools|Options|Advanced
2) Set "Open links from other applications in:" to "a new tab in the most recent
window". Hit Ok.
3) Open a chromeless Javascript window, for example the BBC Radio Player
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio). Ensure the window is active.
4) Click on a link (not in Firefox). In Windows this can be done in any
application, or by using Start|Run and entering a URL.

The link will open in a new tab in the chromeless window, instead of in a
standard window.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
