Steps to reproduce:

When I go in fullscreen on my Mac with Firefox, is uses the outdated exclusive fullscreen.

Expected results:

Since OSX Lion, theres the windowed fullscreen. This puts the fullscreen on another desktop and still allows you to access the menu bar by hovering at the top of the screen and the dock by hovering at the bottom
