Steps to reproduce:

Open a webpage e.g https://www.jetbrains.com/fleet/. I have seen this happening with few other websites that have animations in them.

Actual results:

Webpage loading speed is slower than a chromium based browser like brave. After completely loading website the scrolling felt choppy and unresponsive when compared with a chromium based browser.

Expected results:

The scrolling should feel smooth like a chromium based browser.

Thanks for the profile! Do you think you could take another one using the https://www.jetbrains.com/fleet/ website like in the video? It would be helpful to relate both the profile and the video.

I just tested this on latest Firefox Nightly 113.0a1 and scrolling was smooth and snappy. You may close this issue.
