Alright :janerik: I think it's time to phone a friend (that's you) on this one.

Am I interpreting the failure log correctly if I suppose this is due to the recent migration of android? All of the failures are on Android builds; I don't recall if that migration happened between now and the prior vendoring.

I missed that in review. Usually our tooling does that, and I'm not sure how this patch ended up without it.
