Currently we are using automation@bmo.tld for github related changes and the account was on the email suppression list. I temporarily removed it so that email notifications will go out properly. We need a different account created for the github related changes and put the old account back on the suppression list.
I am going to create a 'github-automation@bmo.tld' account and update the code to use that instead.
