User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox 109+ and go to the customize page (menu > More tools > Customize toolbar, translating from Spanish).
Actual results:
The new extensions button cannot be dragged from its default position anywhere else.
Before 111 a workaround was setting extensions.unifiedExtensions.enabled to false, though that only worked for removing the button, not changing its position, and seems to have been removed as of Firefox 111, so it's not applicable anymore.
Expected results:
The new extensions button should be draggable to anywhere on the browser toolbar, like every other button or component.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
