Alright, I see they have their GitHub ID linked to their people.m.o account, and that the requestor is the manager of record, and maintainer or manager of maintainer for all the requested teams, so all approvals crossed in one leap.

Adam - you should be getting some invites, first please accept the invites from people.m.o to the ghe_mozilla_users and ghe_firefox-devtools_users groups.
Then there will be the invites to the GitHub orgs in question, please accept those, and once signed in, you'll be a member of the requested teams.

The invites do expire in a week, so if you need things re-sent, please update this bug.
