Bug 1811933 added the infrastructure for the new rich dropdown selector for choosing which browser / profile pair to import from.
As a simplifying step and to make parallelizing work easier, we've spun out the work to make the button (the thing that shows the dropdown when clicked) match the spec, and have left a placeholder instead.
This bug is for making the button match the spec.
