[Prerequisites]:

• Have Top Sites Shortcus enabled.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Open a new tab.
3. Click the “...” (context menu) button from a Top Site.
4. Click the “...” (context menu) button from a different Top Site.
5. Move away the mouse so that the Top Site is not hovered.
6. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The Top Site from step 4 remains highlighted.

[Actual result]:

• The Top Site is no longer highlighted.

[Notes]:

• The issue affects both Sponsored and Non-Sponsored Top Sites.
