1823179 - Several landing page buttons do not work

Steps to reproduce:

I clicked on several buttons in the landing area.

1. Click to select the account header on the folder pane. (Not the inbox or any of the other email buckets)
2. On the right, you will see several buttons:
3. Click on those buttons

Actual results:

Several of the buttons do not do anything when clicked.

ONLY the following buttons WORK:

1. Write a new message
2. Manage message filters
3. End-to-End Encryption

In the set-up section, ONLY the Calendar button works.

The Import from Another Program button DOES NOT work.

Expected results:

The buttons should perform some action:

- Read Messages - which is supposed to take you to the default / inbox folder
- Search messages - perhaps shift focus to the search bar on the top?
- Email / Address Book / Chat / Filelink / Feeds / Newsgroups - Setting up new accounts
