Steps to reproduce:
Go to a website to open a pdf.
Actual results:
The pdf oppened in a firefox tab
Expected results:
The pdf was supposed to be downloaded, or at least the reader should have an option to download it.

Try the share menu in which there is an option to do so (and yes, this is very confusing UX; I actually went looking for a bug report assuming it was impossible; this should be fixed).
