In the message compose window you can select multiple profiles, yet you can't
administer them there (You have to open up messenger).

I've heard the the account setup might be going into the preferences (Which are
available from the Message Compose window) - so this is probably a non-issue.

Jennifer, what's your advise on this one?

Mail/News account settings should be accessible from any window within
Mail/News.

It hasn't been decided yet if account settings will be a separate dialog or
combined within the preferences dialog yet. But either way, users should have
access. For now, we have the design that account settings are a separate
dialog. So, from any window within Mail/News the last two items in the "Edit"
menu are "Mail/News Account Settings..." (opens Mail/News Account Settings
Dialog) and "Preferences ...Ctrl-E" (opens Prefs dialog).

Yes, we've decided to put them into the prefs dialog, and since preferences are
accessible from the compose window, this bug is invalid.
