User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021127 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021127 If I have tabbed browsing enabled, and Mozilla is my default client, then if I am using an application which tells my system to load a URL (say any app that has convenience links for tighter web integration, like, say, livejournal), Mozilla should open a new tab in the last-accessed Navigator window, rather than opening the webpage link over my currently openned webpage. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click any link in any app that uses the default browser to open a webpage. Actual Results: It opens the page over the one I have currently loaded. Expected Results: Depending on a preference setting, Mozilla should do one of the following: a) Opened a new tab in the last-accessed Navigator browser, and loaded the page b) Open a new Navigator browser window and loaded the page there c) Open over the current document.
I have outlook express as default mail client and mozilla as default browser. Before click on links in messages i need open new blank tab if i don't want lose open tabs this is very annoying!

Sorta the same problem happens in BeOS, Mozilla will only open a link from an external URL if Mozilla is not open, if there is a window open, Mozilla will not do anything.
