Steps to reproduce:
hi, i'm using tb 112.0b1;
from tools menu', "message filters" is truncated (the "run now" and other commands are missing at the bottom) and I can't see all the rules present.
user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:112.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/112.0
Actual results:
menu' is truncated
