Steps to reproduce:
- Click and type a keyword inside the Quick Filter Bar search box.
- Click any of the message filter criteria buttons labelled Sender, Recipients, Subject and Body that appear, to toggle them on or off as needed.
Actual results:
The buttons remain in the same visual state, making it difficult to tell whether the filter criteria they represent are enabled or not. There is no difference in how the buttons look when toggled. The only indicators that the filter criteria are in use or not, are the message count next to the search box and the changing number of filtered messages in the Threads Pane. This is the case for both the Light and Dark default themes.
Expected results:
The message filter criteria buttons should have a change in visual state or a marker to show whether they are active or not. The other Quick Filter Bar buttons that are visible by default (e.g the Starred button) have a small marker that turns blue when the button is active.

Thanks Stans. We've just fixed that in bug 1822422. Should be in the next beta then.
