This page has a "Setting up MozPhab" section: https://moz-conduit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/phabricator-user.html#setting-up-mozphab-1
However, it links to OS-specific guides which suggest pip3 install moz-phab. Should it be changed to suggest ./mach install-moz-phab instead?
Furthermore, the page has another paragraph below which says "Installation and usage instructions are in the repository’s README.md." - the pages linked from that readme are the same as the ones linked in the previous section.

Should be fixed by 8f136831fc740f8392e77a65699c8c762f27ea39 and 65793248d1268c0a6848c342ce1166c753233bd4. I'll add a note about ./mach install-moz-phab to the moz-phab readme as well.
